Northwest Lancaster County River Trail

By

On October 25, 2017 the WooFPAK took to the Northwest Lancaster County River Trail for a Furwheeling mushing adventure! This 14.1 mile long trail runs along the Susquehanna River and is full of historic ruins. From remnants of the Pennsylvania Mainline Canal Towpath with its abandoned locks to the old Point Rock Railroad Tunnel. The Norfolk Southern Railroad Company still has active railroad tracks that run along side the trail for a few miles.
