Trough Creek Wilderness Area

By

On November 14, 2017 WooFDriver and his crew took the WooFPAK on a Furwheeling Mushing adventure in Pennsylvania’s 554 acre Trough Creek Wilderness Area. This area’s history dates back to the Native Americans who were later pushed out by settlers. The settlers then cleared the forest for their farming purposes. It is rumored that Edgar Allan Poe got his inspiration for his famous poem “The Raven” here, as he watched the ravens on the cliffs of Great Trough Creek.
