TransparentSign184.5On December 11, 2012 the WooFDriver finished up the Mushing Tour of the C&O Canal Towpath at the towpath’s 184.5 mile end in Cumberland, Maryland. Cumberland has a rich history throughout the years as a military fort, the origin of America’s first highway, the processing center for coal fields and a link on one of America’s most successful railroads just to name a few. It is the second largest city in Western Maryland, nicknamed “The Queen City”.
